Prospective Marriage Visa or Spouse / Partner Visa
For those whose fiance(e) currently resides overseas, information can be obtained from the Department of Immigration and Cultural Affairs at: ~ Prospective Marriage Visa Information
If you are ready to submit your application to the Department of Immigration and you require an official letter confirming your engagement of a celebrant in support of your prospective spouse visa application, I provide this service, including completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage, for $150.
This fee also serves as your deposit which formally reserves your wedding date in my diary. You are then welcome to use this deposit towards a pre-written package ceremony, or a unique wedding ceremony written just for you.
If you are not currently in Melbourne, your Notice of Intended Marriage can be signed in front of an appropriate authority and faxed or mailed to me for lodgement.
Please note that the original NOIM, plus all legally required documents, must be presented to me prior to your wedding.
